我們收集甚麼 · What we collect

電郵地址（登入及發放優惠碼）、您提供的姓名及電話、機構驗證所需的機構電郵或證明文件、推廣夥伴的收款資料，以及您在 hkcons.com 的訂單記錄（用於顯示訂單狀態、補購提醒及推薦佣金計算）。

Email address (sign-in and coupon delivery), the name and phone you choose to give, an organisation email or proof document for member verification, payout details for partners, and your hkcons.com order history (to show order status, schedule reorder reminders and compute referral commission).

如何使用 · How it is used

只用於提供本服務：發放優惠碼、核實機構會員身份、計算及支付推薦獎賞、發送您設定的補購提醒。我們不會出售您的資料。證明文件只供 HKCONS 職員審核，儲存於私人儲存空間並以限時連結存取。

Only to run this service: issue coupons, verify organisation membership, compute and pay referral rewards, and send the reminders you set. We never sell your data. Proof documents are visible only to HKCONS staff, stored privately and accessed through short-lived links.

推薦計劃 · Referral programme

推廣夥伴只會看到訂單編號、金額及狀態，不會看到顧客身份。Partners see order number, amount and status only — never the customer’s identity.

保留及刪除 · Retention and deletion

您可隨時電郵 sales@hkcons.com 要求刪除帳戶及資料。You may email sales@hkcons.com at any time to delete your account and data.
